Everflex 450 Builders Silicone is a premium quality low modulus non-corrosive neutral cure silicone sealant that adheres to virtually all substrates, both porous and non-porous. Typically used for construction expansion joints and perimeter pointing of all types of door and window frames. Conforms to ISO 11600 class: F 25LM.

  • Delivery Information

    Orders placed before 10am, Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day.

    Although the majority of orders arrive next working day, we cannot guarantee a next day delivery service.

    Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays.

    Please note, delivery can take 1 - 3 working days.
