*Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses. Please note that delivery to some rural postcodes may take longer, and incur additional charges. We do not deliver to the Chanel Islands, Isle of Man and the Scottish highlands.

FREE next day Click & Collect.

Use our online Click & Collect service for an easy, safe way to place your order for contactless collection from store. When selecting products to order online, simply  select you requirements and opt for Click & Collect at checkout.

After receiving text confirmation that your order is ready for collection, just come into store and speak to a member of staff who will be able to help with your order.

If there is an issue with your order we will contact you before you make your journey. 

Next day courier deliveries.

Next working day courier delivery £9.95 for consignments up to 50kgs .

Please note we are unable to deliver larger orders via courier.

Order before 10am and we’ll deliver the next working day subject to stock availability.

We deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Most of our products are standard next-day delivery

You can order up to 10am working days, but is subject to stock availability .Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched , subject to stock , on the next working day. We will then be able to courier it to you for next day delivery.

We deliver between 7am-6pm.

We will always try and send your complete order in one delivery.

All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no-one is available to take the delivery,the courier will leave details at the address.. We may need to make an additional handling charge for redelivery. Should no-one be available to take the redelivery we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery charges.

Due to insurance guidelines, our delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences. Delivery will be to the kerbside of the delivery address. The recipient of the Products is responsible for any additional lifting once the delivery has been made.

Risk of loss and damage in the Products will pass to you on the date when the Products are delivered or on the date on which we make our first attempt to deliver them to you.

All orders will be delivered to a single address. For security reasons your first order using a credit/debit card for the first time when placed online or by phone will need to be delivered to the cardholder's address. Subsequent orders can then be made to an alternative address.

Returns

Products purchased in store

Within 30 days of receipt, any unused product can be returned at your expense for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging and include all relevant accessories.

Please note that:

  • No refunds or exchanges can be given on paint which has been mixed for you to order.
  • All mixed paint is double checked with the colour card and recorded before dispatch for colour accuracy.
  • If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.

As a consumer customer you may have additional legal rights and this policy does not affect these rights.

Returns via courier:

To arrange for a Product to be collected please e-mail sales@winterstokedecorators.co.uk or telephone us on 01934 415500 with your order number and details of the Product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection of the Product by our nominated carrier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service, which will be equal to the standard delivery charge applicable to the Product and your location. All refunds for returned Products will be processed within 30 days and will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
