• Formulated by Eco Solutions from the most advanced, innovative water-based technology using ” science not solvents”.
• X-Tex is very effective in removing Artex containing asbestos fibres, as it encapsulates the fibres and prevents them getting airborne. It is called a working wet system – this means that the Artex is kept wet at all times.
• Water-based, Ph Neutral, Non-Caustic. Free of dangerous solvents. No hazardous chemicals, no R (risk) or S (safety) phrases. Contains minimal (0.000004%) volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Non-toxic, non irritant, no fumes, no skin burns.
• Suitable for both bonded and non-bonded textured coatings such as Artex and Polytex. Clings 100% to all surfaces, including ceilings. Removes textured paints and painted wallpapers too!
